Refund and Returns Policy

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for your purchase from AMW Studio, South Africa! We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or exchange under the following conditions:

  1. Return Window

You have 14days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

  1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, hygiene products)
  • Custom or personalized orders
  1. Return Process

To return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@amwstudio.co.za to request a return authorization.
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Include the receipt and any other required documentation.
  4. Ship the package to our returns address:

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs.
  1. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or as store credit.

  1. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of 10% may apply for returned items that are not in their original condition.

  1. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
